I'm Austin Kline, the founder of Osiris Kapital. I invest for the long term, and the best ideas I've found came from reading what companies actually disclose — the footnotes, the risk factors, the quiet change in a debt schedule — not from what's trending.
The problem is time. One annual report can run hundreds of pages, and the interesting companies are often overseas, filing in Japanese, Korean or Chinese. So I built the research assistant I wanted: one that reads the filings, answers questions in plain English, and connects companies to their suppliers, customers and competitors.
The business comes first
Long-term fundamentals — cash generation, balance sheet strength, returns on capital — decide what's worth owning. Chart patterns can help with timing, never with the decision itself.
